NUCOR – Industrial Deployment in the United States

NUCOR – Industrial Deployment in the United States

The NUCOR project is entering its final phase, demonstrating CLECIM’s ability to deploy complex mechatronic solutions on an international scale.

This next generation galvanizing line integrates high value added technologies, including:

  • High-performance laser welder
  • Skin Pass Mill
  • Tension leveller
  • Roll coaters
  • Advanced trimming and cutting systems
  • Flying shear.

Beyond technical excellence, the project addresses key customer expectations:

operational reliability, product quality, optimized throughput, and production continuity.

Full commissioning is scheduled for mid2026.
